Hawaii Kai Marina Front Listing

This week we listed a beautiful house on the marina in Hawaii Kai. My favorite little marina front neighborhood, Spinnaker Isle, is a small island within the island of Oahu, with mostly homes built in the 70's, and a few remodeled homes.

The home we listed is fantastic, with over 3000ft of newly remodeled space, and a legal 2 bedroom rental. If you want to live on the marina in Hawaii Kai, I'm going to go out on a limb and say this is the best, the BEST house on the marina. It has a beautiful new pool, gourmet kitchen with 6 burner viking range, wide open pocket doors to view the marina, and more. Every aspect of this house is amazing.

This marina front house comes with a nice drive on dock, and the owner has a 15 foot Boston Whaler that I'm sure he would sell you if you ask nicely enough (read: pay full price for the house.)
