New Listing in Aina Haina

Check out this great new listing in our neighborhood, Aina Haina. I've written about all the great reasons to live in Aina Haina in other posts, but here is a new one - we now have 2 highly rates elementary schools here.

Aina Haina elem was ranked 4th in the state by Honolulu Magazine's recent school review. It was a very extensive review of parents, teachers, students, and test scores. Once again Aina Haina did extremely well!

And this year we are all surprised to find that the other school in Aina Haina, Wailupe Valley Elementary, moved up to 42nd in the state, a jump of 175 spots in 2 years! Now we have two great schools!

And here is the new listing that's in the Wailupe Valley Elem. school district: A great 4bedroom 2 bath house of 1605sqft for $840k. It's very nicely renovated with new wood floors, great kitchen, and a beautiful yard. Plus, the home backs up to some preservation land, so you have no neighbors in the back!

While other areas on Oahu have seen some pretty significant price decreases over the last 2 years, Aina Haina continues to hold great value due to the location, weather, home quality, and great schools! We love living here and I'm proud to present this beautiful home!
