Say you want to live on the water in Hawaii Kai, but you don't have
$1.2million. Then probably the best true waterfront property under a
million bucks, Kuapa Isle homes range from $650,000 to about $875,000.
A gated community, Kuapa Isle is a nice neighborhood of 234 town homes,
with the majority of the units right on the marina with a dock for your
boat!
The clubhouse is also right on the water, with views of the mountains
and the marina. The clubhouse has a nice pool, showers, and restrooms.
For those without a dock right on their home, a dock is located near
the clubhouse.
There are many options for waterfront living in Hawaii Kai, but almost

can see Kuapa Isle right across the water from my kitchen. In fact
