The three story complex is centrally located next to the post office and just a minute drive to Costco, and with units as big as 1595sqft, Nanea Kai is a great option for families needing more space than most other condos and townhouses in Hawaii Kai. With attached garages and private balconies, Nanea Kai offers a lot of the ammenities that single family homes might offer, but without the high price tag.

Since they are pretty new, the units all have central AC, insulated double walls, and very nice landscaping. It's a peaceful neighborhood where people love to be out and about with their families.

At around $500-$650k, Nanea Kai Townhouses are just about the top of the townhouse pricerange, competing well with low end single family homes. Monthly maintenance fees are around $200-$300, which is substantially lower than many of the older condo and townhouse projects in Hawaii Kai, where fees can be as high as $700 a month!
