It's not an all time low, but it's close to a 5 year low.&nbsp; Right now there are 83 homes for sale in all of Hawaii Kai at any price, most of them well over $1 million.&nbsp; 

In Ewa Beach and Kapolei combined, there are only 137 homes for sale.&nbsp; That is extremely low.&nbsp; In all of Kailua, there are 113 homes for sale, most of them well over $1 million.&nbsp;

For the past 4 years, inventory has been on a steady decline, while sales have increased a bit.&nbsp; Actually they were up 30% in 2010. &nbsp;

For the last couple years, people have been asking me what is going on with Moana Pacific, a highrise in town that seems to have been under construction forever.&nbsp; Back in 2008, the building was stopped when the developer lost their funding.&nbsp; So it just sat there, empty. 

Well, good news, work on the
partially built Moana Pacific will now start again, with a new name: Pacifica Honolulu.&nbsp; Located at 1009 Kapi'olani

The beautiful condo I posted yesterday for $650k has already sold at full price, in less than 24 hours.&nbsp; That's just the market right now.&nbsp; The condo was listed at about noon yesterday, and by 11pm I had received an offer, several phone calls, and tons of other interest.
