The 1000 sq ft. units at Lanikea have a slightly strange layout that wastes a bit of space, but they have nice lanais to make up for it.
Located across from Ft. DeRussy Park, you also get nice views of the park as you gaze towards the ocean. Ft. DeRussy Park is really one of Waikiki's great assets, though most people are more interested in the ocean. The location of Lanikea is also great, as you're within a short walk to the best shopping in Waikiki.
