Waipuna Condos, Waikiki
The Waipuna building makes my list of recommendations because of its price point, which is about $600,000 for a large 3-bedroom condo that's around 1300 sq. ft. The views from this building are limited because other high rises surround this building, and since it was built in 1971, some of the units are outdated. But these reasons are exactly why I would encourage buying in this building. You have an opportunity to get a Waikiki condo that is currently undervalued, and renovate it to turn a profit.

Waikiki's Waipuna Condominium Development
The units at Waikiki's Waipuna development have nice sized lanais of about 150 sq. ft., which is much larger than most other buildings. These lanais allow you to enjoy the city and peek-a-boo ocean views.
The building also has a decent enough pool to cool you down on hot days. If you can get a Waipuna condominium at a good cost and renovate it, you stand a good chance at a getting a nice return on your investment.
