The Watermark features units starting around 1100 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms for about $1 million. There are some larger units up to about $2.5 million. The great views and contemporary style of Watermark Waikiki condos make them a popular choice among upscale condo buyers. In Waikiki, there are only a couple buildings that can compare to the luxury this building offers. It has one of the largest and nicest grounds of any building I have ever seen.

Unlike many newer developments in Honolulu, Watermark condominiums actually have lanais attached to each unit. Most of the lanais are just big enough for a small table and chairs, but some are as big as 225 sq. ft. As you can see, the most desirable units are the corner units which have a 180 degree view. Of the two sides, the East side is best with sunrise and Diamond Head views, but the West side is quite beautiful as well, with glorious Hawaii sunsets over West Oahu.
The beautiful grounds that surround the Watermark include a resort-style swimming pool and meeting rooms fit for a king. The kitchens and bathrooms in these units have been nicely finished with modern dark wood designs and stainless steel appliances.
