Waikiki is full of highrise hotels and condos, but most are old, out dated, and small 1 or 2 bedroom units. If you run a search for 3 bedroom condos built after 2000 (which is 20 years ago now), you'll see that there are only a few choices - the Watermark, Trump Tower Waikiki, The Ritz Carlton Residences, and the Allure Waikiki.

But if you compare prices and square footage of 3 bedroom units built after 2000, it's clear that the Allure Waikiki is the best value per square foot.

  • Ritz Carlton residences are about 1500 sqft and start at $3million, about $2000 per foot.
  • The Watermark starts at about $2.4million for about 2200 sqft, just over $1000 per foot.
  • Trump Tower Waikiki starts at about $5 million for 2000 sqft, about $2500 per foot.
  • Allure Waikiki can be purchased for about $1.4mil for 1633 sqft, about $857 per foot.

Built in 2009, the Allure is known as having beautiful resort style amenities, especially in the pool area.

Here is our listing of Allure unit 2606, in escrow. All Allure Waikiki condos come with a beautiful open kitchen with high end appliances and modern flat face cabinets.

Here's the living room in our $1.445mil listing of unit 2606, the best stack in the Allure. Unit 6 has the best layout, with 3 bedrooms and a den.  There are no other floor plans like unit 6, only 1 on each floor.

The Allure also has much lower monthly maintenance fees, at about $1500 per month, compared to over $2600 per month at The Ritz Carlton residences.

With a great location in the beginning of Waikiki, beautiful grounds, and modern amenities, Allure is truly the best value in Waikiki for large newer condos.
