Ryan Adams, RA

Ryan Adams is an Oʻahu REALTOR® (RS-84757) with eXp Realty Hawaiʻi and a 14-year U.S. Army veteran. He specializes in VA loans, VA loan assumptions, and PCS moves for military buyers and sellers across Oʻahu. 

Most VA buyers don't know they can take over a seller's existing VA loan, sometimes at a rate under 3%. Ryan finds those assumable loans, on and off the market, and structures the deal, including the cash or secondary financing needed to cover the seller's equity. He has closed assumptions on multifamily properties as well as single-family homes.

For sellers with PCS orders, Ryan lays out the real options: sell, rent it out, or let a buyer assume the loan. He runs the numbers on each before you decide.

He regularly works with clients who are still stationed off-island, handling remote closings and sight-unseen purchases so the house is ready when the orders are.

Jeff Gaughan, RA - Big Island and Kauai

Jeff began his real estate career on Kauai with Keller Williams Realty, and has been with EXP Realty since 2020. He's closed many escrows on both Kauai and Big Island, and is lives in Kailua-Kona.

Jaclyn Rideau, RA

My name is Jaclyn Rideau and I go by “Jax”. I am a northern California native and have lived in several states on the mainland due to my husband’s military career. I reside on the West side of Oahu with my husband, 2 children, 2 dogs and a cat.
All aspects of Real Estate are my passion including selling, buying, investments and mentoring. A big believer in always treating others the way you would want to be treated, I set my standards to the highest level to ensure my clients are taken care of without uncertainty.

Kristina Matsuda, RA

Born and raised in East Oahu Kristina AK Matsuda is a graduate of Punahou School and attended the University of Hawaii. She worked in finance, real estate and helped manage her family's distribution business; but has found true happiness working in the real estate industry.

With over a decade of real estate experience, Kristina sincerely loves her job because she has an opportunity to make a difference in her clients' lives as selling or purchasing a home is often one of the major events in a person’s lifetime. Jana Cook, RA
