The developers of Allure Waikiki are planning a beautiful lanai lobby area with 18-foot ceilings and plenty of luxury amenities. Plans include an upscale restaurant, tropical Hawaiian gardens, a fitness center, and an infinity edge swimming pool.

Units at the Allure range between 833 square feet and 1,633 square feet, and prices start in the $500s. Two bedroom units in the upper floors will cost well over $1 million, and three bedroom units will be around $1.6 million As of December 2009, the developer has reduced prices on units by 20%, which is a huge amount on an average $1million list price.

While it's not located on the water and most units won't have an ocean view, the Allure promises to be a very nice building located close to the shopping end of Waikiki.
