Makaha beachfront homes and waterfront properties in Waianae and Maili are reasonably priced due in large part to their lengthy commute to Honolulu Town. It's a long drive to town, and the traffic can be pretty bad. On the plus side, the beaches in this area are huge, and are great for surfing and sun bathing.
