Areté Collective announced The North Shore Club in March 2025 as a private residential community at Turtle Bay. The first phase is 20 oceanfront low-rise residences with three to six bedrooms and 3,000 to 6,000 sf, priced from $7.5 million, with a debut targeted for 2027. Residences look toward Kaihalulu Bay and Kahuku Point, and most of the property stays open space with dune and native-plant restoration.

When will The North Shore Club be finished?
The developer targeted a 2027 debut in its March 2025 announcement. I'd confirm the current schedule with sales before planning around it.
Is The North Shore Club part of the Turtle Bay resort?
It's on the Turtle Bay property at 57-049 Kuilima Drive and includes access to The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay, but the residences and club are a separate private community.
