Layton Construction was named general contractor in October 2025. In plain terms: this is an early-stage pre-construction purchase with a long runway before closing.

My take
Muse is the one to watch if you want Ala Moana walkability without Kaka'ako pricing on the bigger plans, and the price adjustments suggest the developer is working to hit presale targets. The trade-off is timing risk: with demolition prep only starting, you're looking at several years to completion. Make sure your deposit terms and the developer's financing contingencies are clear.
