The Park opened in June 2026 as the ninth residential tower in Ward Village, 97% pre-sold at completion. That makes it the rare new tower you can actually walk through today. Remaining developer inventory is small, so most opportunities from here are the last few units and early resales from original buyers.

How does The Park compare to Victoria Place?
Victoria Place (2024) is the higher-end neighbor with larger homes. The Park has a wider mix and a more active amenity deck. Different buyers, both good buildings.
